• Environmental conditions: Uneven terrain, weather conditions (including extreme heat or cold), insects, plants (including poisonous varieties), and natural obstacles can pose risks of slips, trips, falls, and allergic reactions.

• Equipment use: Operating or participating in activities involving equipment (even seemingly simple things like hayrides) carries the potential for accidents.

• Other inherent risks: These can include, but are not limited to, getting lost, encountering wildlife, and the potential for accidents involving other guests.

Your safety is our utmost priority. We take every reasonable precaution to minimize these risks through regular safety inspections, trained staff, and clear signage. However, it's impossible to eliminate all risks associated with outdoor activities on a ranch.

That's why we require all guests to sign a liability waiver before participating in any activities at Triple Z Ranch. This waiver serves several important purposes:
